Integrated Play Connections is joining the Manassas Farmers Market POP Club for a morning of creativity, connection, and emotional wellness. Children will create their own watermelon craft, fill the seeds with ideas that help them feel calmer, and practice playful “Watermelon Breaths.”

Families will also receive a regulation activity sheet to continue exploring calming strategies together at home. Stop by to learn, create, and grow with us!
