Parts at Play: Conceptualizing CCPT Themes Through a Parts Work Lens

Parts at Play: Conceptualizing CCPT Themes Through a Parts Work Lens

This training will help clinicians explore how to use parts-informed language for case conceptualization while remaining rooted in CCPT principles. Participants will examine how to understand play themes without over-interpreting, directing, or assigning meaning to the child’s play. Emphasis will be placed on using parts-informed language internally as the therapist, clinically in documentation, and relationally in caregiver consultation.
